| TipTimes connects state-of-the-art
biometric software for time & attendance with highly integrated hardware
to continue the natural evolution of the good old mechanical time stamp
clock. The advantages of biometric time recording let problems with forgotten,
lost, or defect chip or magnetic stripe cards be a thing of the past. The
sophisticated and intuitionally operated user interface at the touch
screen consoles and the AJAX web interface allow you and your
employees a smooth access to your attendance times. |

| The applicability as stand-alone
system allow even small companies to introduce a low-cost
automatic attendance time recording. As client server system with up to
100 network consoles, TipTimes also meets all requirements of medium and
large enterprises. |

| TipTimes has been developed
by our customer Simvelop taking advantage of our BioIDENTICA
SDK and is based on standard industrial components. It is characterized
by maximum flexibility of its hard- and software components and allows
arbitrary customer-specific adaptations. Extensions towards logical and
physical access are realizable seamlessly. |
|
| Particular importance has
been attached to data protection and
privacy. For example, all biometric data will be encrypted twice and independently
with the strongest algorithms available today (3DES, AES). Using independent
double encryption, in an event of damage neither Bromba as the developer
of the biometric algorithms nor the developer of TipTimes would be able
to decrypt the biometric data. More than ever this applies to the system
operator and for unauthorized third parties, because these do not know
any of the encryption keys. Since this application is due to codetermination
in many countries and thus may need the approval of the workers' council,
TipTimes has been designed for the voluntary use of its biometric component.
That is, the employee always is able to use the system also without biometrics. |
