BioIDENTICA® RIE
| BioIDENTICA®
RIE provides a raw image extension to BioIDENTICA®
SDK. It allows the processing of raw fingerprint images not directly
coming from a sensor device. Instead it allows the acquisition of images
stored as a BMP file on any storage media. This way, fingerprint images
from image databases or from electronic passports and ID cards can be processed
as if they would come directly from a sensor device. |

security reasons, this extension is only to be used on closed platforms
and embedded systems without access for unauthorized persons. |
